Innanis is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement and determines the purpose and means of data processing. Innanis may process personal data as part of performing services for its clients. In some cases, we may engage third parties to perform certain services on our behalf. In such situations, Innanis remains responsible for the protection of your personal data.

How long do we retain your personal data?

Personal data related to contact inquiries is generally retained for up to one year after the inquiry has been resolved. Client and contract-related data are retained for up to seven years in accordance with statutory retention periods for financial and tax administration.
Data associated with newsletter subscriptions is retained for as long as you remain subscribed; you may unsubscribe at any time. Project-related documentation and data are retained for the duration necessary to deliver the services and maintain proper records, after which such data is securely archived or deleted in accordance with internal data retention policies.
Protection by reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our website against spam and abuse in forms. reCAPTCHA checks whether a human or an automated program is filling in form data. This is done by analyzing various characteristics (such as IP address, mouse movements, and time spent on the page).
The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our site from automated abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
As a data subject, you have several rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access the personal data that we hold about you and, where necessary, to request correction or deletion of your personal data. You may also request that the processing of your data be restricted, or object to the processing of your personal data in specific circumstances.
